Who are all these Topper people???
Why is there always one "Topper" on every board? Who are these un-elected do-gooders? They are driving me nuts. If you want to answer a question, then answer it. Don't drag up old posts that may be outdated due to road construction, weather, instructions, etc. The topper on the Virginia board even "tops" post that are only 1 or 2 days old!! If there was some notification on the subject line of a post that this was one of "them", then I could avoid it, but there is no warning, just the irritating realization after pulling it up and reading it, that once again some one has done us all a "favor". GRRRR... There, I feel better now!
