which hotel rate is best deal?

Sending the parents to Vegas for 3 nights in early February. I haven't been to Vegas for 4 or 5 years so I'm not up to date anymore. Which of these hotels would you stay at based on the rates I've found?

Flamingo - $80/night
Luxor - $79/night
Monte Carlo - $ 76/night
Treasure Island - $ 72/night

Having stayed at several of these, I would definitely choose Treasure Island - $72.00 a night is a terrific rate.

Yes, TI is the best of these. Great location and the rooms are more richly decorated that the others.

Treasure Island is the best of this group. The location is wonderful as well. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bathrooms decent sized. We have stayed at T.I. a couple of times and like it (and the Mirage) the best. If they are going to have a car the parking garage is convenient as well, it is attached to the hotel by a walkway.

I agree that is a good rate for TI. It does depend on what they like and want to do. Personally I would go for Monte Carlo given those choices. I have stayed at all but the Luxor on that list.

Are they poker players? Flamingo and Luxor have the only rooms on that list. Do you think they would like an airy bright casino? Monte Carlo is the place. Never been to a show? Mystere at TI is tough to beat. Slot players? Any of the above will do.

The price difference is so insignificant that I would base my choice on other issues.

I would pick:

1) TI
2) Luxor (tower room, not pyramid)
3) Monte Carlo
4) Flamingo

Based on the info you have provided and from my opinion (I've stayed at all locales) I would park your folks at TI. The location is the best. Stay away from Luxor (too tackey & loud). TI will put them a stones throw from Mirage, Venetian, & Bellagio.
