Instead I'm stuck here in wet, miserable Swindon (ugh)....

My vote is for Hawaii - any island will do, but, since this IS my fantasy, I'll choose Kauai, and add a condo with a lanai facing sea, soft ocean breeze, slack key guitar music, a tall pina colada, and my guy.
