My next big vacations are:
Naples, FL - Nov. 2004
San Francisco - Dec. 2004
Honduras & Roatan - Feb 2005
As for dream destinations, they include anyplace that I haven't been! Particularly, the Seychelles, South Africa, Peru, Galapagos and French Polynesia. My goal is to become a member of the Travelers' Century Club.
My Dream hotels are the Princeville Resort, the Bora Bora Nui Resort and any Four Seasons Resort.

3.) Thinking about a European trip summer 2006, Ireland and maybe one other country

I guess I'm not as ambitious (or widely traveled) as many of you. A few places I haven't visited, but really want to see, are:
1) Niagara Falls
2) Atlantic City, NJ (I got within 20 miles once, but didn't make it to AC. Also, although I've seen the Atlantic, I've never gotten to "touch" it.)
3) Anywhere not connected by land to the U.S.
4) Somewhere in the Caribbean besides Cancun (if I can just decide where)

dwooliff,
Dubai is excellent. The people are very friendly and classy. There is a super beach and a pretty good water park there along with some nice shopping (gold souk was delicious for the eyes and exhausting for the wallet) for metropolitan touring.
Some good day trips out into the desert as well.
FYI:
There is a flight that departs London and stops over in Dubai on its way to Singapore. You could include a few days in Dubai as part of a trip to south east Asia.

Stella - my list is too long!
The short answer is "everywhere"!
But, places that are on my radar screen:
1) San Francisco/Arizona - Sept 2004
2) Quebec - winter carnival in Feb 2005
3) Australia and/or New Zealand - Fall 2005, I hope
4) Costa Rica - possibly late winter 2006
5) Croatia
6) Hungary/Poland/Slovakia
7) Hong Kong (I have a friend there for the next 2 years - free place to stay!)
8) New Orleans
9) Alaska
I want to visit all of South America (haven't been there yet); Asia; Africa...the list is endless.

Anywhere that I can see the Northern Lights! My problem is that they're best viewed wa-aa-aay up north, in the winter. I'm not fond of the cold. But I will brave it anyway - my sweetie says after we move to British Columbia next year, we could maybe do a weekend in Yellowknife or northern BC, so that I can fulfill this dream.
