It seems the question, "what's the weather like?" is as common as what's your sign. I am hooked on the weather channel for months before my trip. They don't always give the details (the truth) about the weather. So I'd like to know....What's your weather like today?

I'm in Phoenix, AZ, 8:20 a.m.,it's cloudy/overcast with a slight breeze. No rain yet. Looks like it might sprinkle.

Excuse my language, but it is damn hot here - Pensacola Florida. We're in the midst of some torturous heat wave. It was 105 in the shade today and we expect the same tomorrow. Oh - and the humidity is 60+. Just lovely!

Chicago and it's SW suburbs report:
Kids are back in school this week, so of course we finally get summer now. It's hot and muggy but quite a bit of sunshine between the clouds. Tomato plants (4) are giving me about 20 great tomatoes a day right now, and peppers are coming in fast too. My favorite season is coming up; Fall will see the meadows by my house going from white, purple, green, yellow to a mix of honey, orange, red and browns.

Rained today !!!! with high of 68. Most unusual for Napa California. First rain in August in 50 yrs.!!
8/28 was high of 74, low 51: ovewrcast (high fog) until about 10:30 AM the sun. Great day
Sacramento-60 miles east of us was 94 and cooled down to 70 at night but not humid!!
