Road to Hana
Seward Highway
Beartooth Pass
Oregon and California Coast
Columbia River highway between Portland and Hood River.
The highway into Yosemite Valley.

Virginia countryside roads during the springtime with lots of pink and white dogwood, wisteria, azaleas, and apple blossoms

utahtea already mentioned Icefields Parkway in Alberta. Another Canadian road I've highly enjoyed is Cabot Trail on Cape Breton Island, NS.
