What to see in Fargo ND in a night and day? And where to stay?
On a quest eventually to visit all 50 states, I have the chance to fly into Fargo, North Dakota for one night, leaving the following evening. What are a few sights you'd recommend seeing in that time? Any recommendation of a hotel? I may not rent a car, unless necessary, and am hoping to Uber.
I am interested in seeing the night sky with a great view of stars, if possible. Is there a way to do that in Fargo, without driving a long distance outside of the city? Any venues in the city known for stargazing?
Do you recommend any particular restaurants? Is there a cuisine or food item for which Fargo or North Dakota are known?
Thanks.

It might be a good idea to drive to Sheyenne National Grassland which is one hour southwest to get the best view of the Milky Way. North Dakota cuisine has German-Russian and Norwegian influences. You can get dishes reflecting this at Wurst Bier Hall.
