As stated tons of restaurants -- what kind of price range and food? Would u metro it into DC or do u want to stay in Bethesda?
Bethesda does not have many if any shows. There are bars and some have music - what r u looking for?
Check out the Washington Post online. On Fridays they have a section called the Weekender and this weeks edition should also include things continuing thru next weekend.
Watch the weather -- its been brutual this week, hot and steamy. Hopefully by next weekend it will have cooled off.

Right, forgot about that place -- I looked and it doesn't appear to be having anything while u are intown
http://www.roundhousetheatre.org/performances/. There are many theaters in DC if u want to see theater.
For seafood there is a McCormick and Schmidt not to far from u on Woodmont Ave. I like Black's Bar & Kitchen also on Woodmont and maybe a bit closer to the Hyatt.
Ever had or like Maryland blue hardshell crabs? If so or want to give them a try Bethesda CrabHouse is on Bethesda Ave. Its a very casual beer and crabs kind of place. They have crabcakes and shrimp and the likes.
I've never been but there is also a place called Steamers on Norfolk Ave. Great sushi and other Japanese food is at Raku also on Woodmont Ave down the street from McCormick & Schmidts.
Many of the restaurants in Bethesda offer seafood dishes also.
All of these restaruants are within 15 - 20 minutes(or less) walking distance of your hotel. There is also a free shuttle that goes all around Bethesda. The Hyatt should be able to give u info on its stops. Have fun!
