Weather on Orlando

We'll be heading to Orlando next Friday for a week. What with the crazy weather the whole country has been having,I was wondering what we might expect in Orlando. Also need to know for packing purposes. Thanks again.

We live in Ponte Vedra Beach which is 2 hours north of Orlando. It's been lows in the 30's and highs in the 50's. As a rule of thumb, we tend to run colder than Orlando. You can check the weather at www.weather.com
One plus about the colder weather, it tends to keep the crowds away.

It's been warming up nicely in Orlando after a few days of "Bring the plants in!" It was in the high 60's/low 70's today and the low is in the 50's.

Not to argue with Celeste, but the official high for the state yesterday (Sunday) was 68 in Naples and a couple of other places. The national weather forecast for today (Monday) for Orlando is a high of 58 and a low of 36, for tomorrow a high of 55 and a low of 38. Bring your woolies. Depending on where you're from, it may not be cold to you, but to some of us who live here it is pretty chilly!!! I'm in Naples, often the warmest spot in Florida and right now it is 1:15 PM and the temperature is 61.

I'd say mid-60s, 98% chance. South Florida is in the mid to upper 70s now, mid-Florida is about 10 degrees cooler. I'd get a rain jacket and dress in layers.

Another cold front hit us today and tonight and tomorrow (Tuesday) the low will be in the high 30's, then start going back up. Dressing in layers is always your best bet.
