As the above poster mentioned, please let us know where you'll be visiting.
I am pretty familiar with the St.Pete area. As far as watersports, obviously there is swimming, but there are also places where you can rent jet-skis and companies that offer para-sailing. I think these are pretty uniform activities for coastal areas of Florida that attract a lot of tourists. St. Pete Beach has a good website: www.floridasbeach.com Have fun!

Florida is a big state - and depending on where you are going in November - makes a difference. I am from the Northwest Panhandle of FL. In November, boating and possibly jet skis will be fun. Weather up here can be kind of cool on some days in November.

Thanks for your messages amy, betsy and lori. We haven't exactly decided where we will be going in Florida yet as we will be doing an independent 'Fly-Drive'. The plans we have so far is to spend a few days in Orlando and abit of time on the Gulf Coast(Although we will probably fly to Orlando). We came to Florida in May 99 and enjoyed it so much we want to come again this year. So we can go anywhere really depending on whats where.(Hope this makes sense!!)
Thanks again for any help and suggestions.
