Volcano Night Viewing
We are leaving for the Big Island on Sunday
and are looking foward to visiting the volcano but I recently read that there is no
longer any lava flowing into the ocean by the
new lava viewing road. Has anyone recently
returned from there? Is the chain of craters
side the only way to view the lava flowing
into the ocean at night?

Here is a website to check for the flow. Their last update was Feb7th, but they have a hotline number to call.
