Vegas Hotels & 9-yr-olds!

My husband, 9-year-old daughter and I will be staying in Vegas a few days in June. I need recommendations for family-friendly hotels with GREAT pools - my daughter loves the water! Thanks for your help......

The Flamingo Hilton has the best pools and grounds of any resort in Las Vegas. They have a series of freeform pools all connected by slides in a tropical paradise. They even have live penguins. The Flamingo is also well located right on the strip across from Caesar's Palace and the Bellagio. If you get a room with a view of the strip then you can watch Bellagio's water show from your room. I have BO connection with the Flamingo Hilton other than as a customer.

The above response is right. The Flamingo does have the nicest pool. The MGM has a a new river pool but the Flamingo would keep her interest better.

The Flamingo has great pools, but there are also other hotels with great attractions for kids. Excalibur and Circus Circus come to mind. Nearly all the hotels in Vegas have been adding attractions catering to families with children in the last ten or fifteen years. You almost can't go wrong there. Have a great trip!
