Suggest you reveal more about your criteria: How much you want to pay, type of hotel (resort, etc.), location. You're probably going to get great rates almost anywhere in Scottsdale that time of year. Just depends on what you consider "great."

You may want to try priceline. we bid $120 for a 4*. We ended up with Millenium McCormick Ranch where they upgraded us from a regular hotel room to a 3 bedroom, fully equiped townhouse (we're a family of 4). CHeck out Biddingfortravel for more info on priceline bidding. You can probably get a real bargain on something < 4* through priceline.

Hi Terri,

June is after the tourist season in Scottsdale and the local industry has been hard hit since last year.

You should be able to find very inexpensive accommodations during this period.

Try a range of hotels from 5star to 3star and compare. You may want to consider waiting until May to book as deals will get better and better.

Also consider that Scottsdale is a very long and narrow city, with Tempe on the South end (assume college graduation?)

If you want to really splurge try the Phoenician. If not try chain hotels on or near Scottsdale Road (above 5000 but less than 10000 addresses). Or try hotels on Indian School Road (north) with above 7000 East addresses.
