Vacation rental house in Charlotte?

Found a 4br house which could be great for our family get-together. Any info on the neighborhood off 485 and Caldwell Road/Caldwell Ridge Parkway. Looks convenient to activities we are interested in. Thans

Well, it's at the University (I had to look it up). What is it you want to know? You could google map it and look at the neighborhood. Hard to say unless someone lives right there.

Meant to ask--what activities are you planning?

We are three families 2 seniors and 2 familes with toddlers (3,2 yrs old) Looking to go to zoo in Asheboro, Lazy s ranch, nature parks and preserves and playgrounds as well as Discovery Place and other museums in charlotte. Found a house rental which would be friendlier and less costly than hotel/motel just want it in a nice neighborhood. Thanks

Fun. Put in the address in Google and take a look. It's on the right side of town for that.
You might enjoy Ray's Splash Planet downtown. It's an indoor water park and has an area for very little ones.
There is also Latta Park and the Raptor Center that would be fun for them--and you.
Downtown near Discovery Place is Imaginon, a children's library branch. It is terrific. If you google for Children's Theater of Charlotte there may be a performance there while you are here.
At Concord Mills, a mega shopping center, there is a nice Lego store. They may be a bit young for that yet, however.

Thanks Gretchen, now let's hope for good weather-we're coming mid-March.
