travel on Interstate 90 & 94

Anything interesting or fun to do just off of Interstate 90 & 94, between Oregon and Minnesota....someplace fun to eat (love all foods, maybe outside eating), sleep, visit, see? Must be handicapped accessible and pet friendly. I'm traveling with someone in a powerchair, a dog and a nine year old, so must be able to include all in the experience.

Custer's Battlefield, Devils Tower and Mt Rushmore are along the way.

Thanks. Could you give me more details about Devils Tower? I've never heard of this. Mt. Rushmore is a likely stop. I'm also looking for non-touristy type things to do. Thanks again.

Lake Coeur d'Alene is worth a stop. It is beautiful and the town has some quaint out side patio dining all along their main street. I would highly recommend stopping there!

One thing I know. I-90 won't get you into Oregon. It goes through Washington, terminating in Seattle. Try Yellowstone National Park along the way for an eye-popper.

I realize that I-90 doesn't go to Oregon, we are just on the border of Washington, so we will hit I-90 from there.

If you have ever seen the movie " Close Encounters of the Third Kind " then you have seen Devil's Tower.
If not it is a large cylinder shaped rock formation not far from Mt Rushmore.
