Transport from SFO into San Francisco
Best option(s): cab/shuttle/limo for TWO into SF to the Sir Francis Drake on Saturday evening. Money IS an object, but don't want to spend lots of time waiting for other riders to be dropped off.
???
Thanks!

Well, cost vs. time & convince - that's the trade off, isn't it?

The two best options are Uber/Lyft (around $30) and BART (around $18). I never take shared shuttles due to two unfortunate experiences (LA and Prague). I have no idea about private limos. Taxis are quite a bit more expensive than Uber/Lyft (which I took from home to the airport this morning).
Your hotel is easy walking distance from BART.

Your hotel is walking distance from BART, but it is uphill and depending upon the time of day, sidewalks going up Powell can be quite crowded. It depends on how fit you are and how much luggage you have. But I agree that BART or Uber/Lyft are the best options. The time waiting for Uber/Lyft is unlikely more than the time it would take to get to the BART platform (and buy a ticket if you con't have one). On a Saturday, traffic should not be a major concern and with little/no traffic, a car is faster than BART. I would typically check traffic on arrival (via phone app) before deciding.
