My favorite is the St. Regis. I have been there many times and it is always wonderful with impeccable service.

i also recommend Lady Mendl's at the Inn At Irving Place ... as compared to the plaza

I've had afternoon tea at the st. regis and the london. You simply cannot beat the feel and service of the st. regis, but i have to say, i enjoyed the actual food better at the London .
