Toms River NJ Restaurant Help Needed

Hi, we're going to take my in-laws out for their 61st anniversary this weekend and are looking for a nice restaurant near Toms River, NJ, preferably no more than 30 minutes away. It has to have seafood, since it will be Friday in Lent. Any and all suggestions welcome!

Villa Amalfi on Rt 166 in Toms River.

For a good BYOB in Brick try Ciao Baby.

Villa Amalfi would be my first choice.

Thanks, Budman. Villa Amalfi looks good to me and it will be close.

When you make your reservation, be sure to tell them you wish to be seated upstairs -- they have a lower level mostly for overflow.

You'll enjoy it.

Budman, thanks for the Villa Amalfi suggestion. We ate there and throughly enjoyed it. Dining room was pretty, food good and service good, up to the end at least. But it's the nicest restaurant we've been to in that area and just what I was looking for. Thanks again.
