There was an episode of "King of the Hill" that dealt with this very subject.

It costs more in water to flush 15 times than to just keep the higher flow toilet.

I just installed the new 1.6 American Standard Cadet, which was maybe $125. You should listen to that baby purr. Smooth as butter, and never a second flush. Available at Home Depot.

I just want my crap to go down in one smooth flush, I don't care what kind of crapper it is. The Gov. shouldn't be telling us law abiding citizens what to do in our bathrooms. What's next recycled toilet paper?
