You could start here:
http://www.flydenver.com/parking_transit
Pretty much every airport in the world has a website with transport information on it. Amtrak also has a website with station information.

There is a beautiful hotel in the train station which you can see at thecrawfordhotel.com
If you want to know if you can sleep in the train station? The station has dozens of soft, comfy chairs and couches. I dont know if the station stays open all night but if they do I think you will be very comfortable.

Send an email to [email protected] to ask if the station is open overnight for train passengers.

I remember your thread when you posted about the possibility to come to Colorado and work at the Fraser Safeway. I'm glad you got the job!
SkyRide is your best bet from the airport to Union Station.
Where are you staying the night? Are you going to wait at Union Station overnight? I guess that could work. You'd have water and bathrooms. And food when the stores are open. Plus comfy seating. It could be worse.

It always helps to go to the source. According to Amtrak, Denver station CLOSES for the night at 8:15pm.

Does not sound like a good place to spend the night. But at least it appears it will be open.

The Skyride is the info I linked above.
>
Thursdaysd are you familiar with Union Station in Denver?
Amtrak is part of the Union Station complex which includes shopping and dining with at least one bar open until 2 am located in the same area as the Amtrak waiting benches. Still, with the number of homeless in the area, I don't know if a stay after 2 am would be allowed.

Or wise. Personally, I'd opt for the airport. Did that at Vancouver a few years back when my flight landed well after midnight, spent the time until dawn in the one open coffee shop, with wi-fi.

I'd probably just stay at the airport too, although I don't think there is even a coffee shop open overnight at DIA. I have a 5:30 am flight coming up and I won't be able to get a cup of coffee before I leave. Supposedly, there is wi-fi at DIA but I've never been able to access it for some reason. Either way the overnight options aren't great.
