TKTS Theatre Ticket Booth

My wife and I are going to NYC towards the end of May. We are interested in tickets to Carnegie Hall and the Lincoln Centre. Does TKTS @ Times Square carry such tickets?
Also, we already have tickets to The Producers and are interested in Phantom but would like to chance being able to get same-day tickets there as well. Any idea if this is likely as it has been running a long time and tickets are available for very good seats (unlike the Producers)??? THX John
P.S. the New York Fodors is fabulous - a great guide even though I've been to Manhattan many times. j.v.

1. No TKTS does not carry tickets to Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center events.

2. Yes, you can most likely get Phantom tickets at TKTS, as it has been running for a very long time.

Good luck & enjoy NYC!

I have never seen Phantom on the TKTS line. If you want same day tickets, you would have to go get them full price at the box office.

TKTS has had some tickets for productions at Lincoln Center's City Opera and for plays there.

Below is a web link that lists daily (after 4 pm) what is on TKTS. If you monitor it for a few days, you can get an idea of what TKTS carries:

Occasionally, there are tickets for NYC Opera company or NYC Ballet available at TKTS. But, don't count on it.
Tickets for Phantom are rarely, if ever, available at TKTS. However, there are discount chits available. Check at the NYC Tourist Bureau office (Seventh Avenue, between 52nd and 53rd Sts.) when you arrive
