What a rude post? No we didn't drive away. In fact we went inside and got the manager and pointed out what had happened. And another valet saw it happen as well. As for the other vehicle, the couple were standing right there and saw it happen. When we left, the situation was under control and the hotel manager was taking care of matters with the other couple who had minor damage.

I guess I am rude and cranky. Although neither were ever my intent. There were major holes in your story that I found curious. The valet guy was perhaps afraid for his job and got lost in the moment to have sound mind to apologize. My post was not meant to be rude. I am not cranky.

Ok, I read your comment as suggesting all I cared about was that my car was ok and that I merely drove off. You seemed to be making totally unsubstantiated and negative assumptions.
But hey, regardless, the guy should have at least said he was sorry. Even that guy who shot the guy with his gun instead of his taser said "I'm sorry" and he could lose more than just his job.
