The Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh/Green Tree
I have a conference at this hotel at the end of July.
I didn't see any recent info on this hotel on this board; other review sites are mixed with most on the poor side, especially for cleanliness. Any recent experience since it supposedly has been upgraded? ?
I also stayed at the Hampton Inn nearby and I remember that was little selection for dinner without traveling in the area.
I Love the Hampton Inn in Monroeville and while with traffic I expect that it may take me an hour, I may stay there (love the hotel and easy access to restaurants and shopping.)
Thanks for the feedback!!

I have a much better suggestion for you than Monroeville.
Stay in Robinson Township (15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Greentree). I find it hard to believe that there is any more shopping and dining in Monroeville than there is here.
This page contains links to all the shopping and dining in the area. Be sure to click also on "other nearby malls"

There are quite a few hotels - the Marriott airport is probably the nicest/closest. I work in an office in Robinson and we book our visitors there. If you stay in Greentree and have a car, you will still be only 15 minutes away - rather than have to make the drive to Monroeville.
As a native, I've never stayed at the Radisson so I can't comment.
If you are just generally a Hampton fan, there is one near the Pittsburgh airport which is, again, only 15 minutes from Robinson Township.

Hi:
You would be crazy to stay in Monroeville for a conference in Greentreee. The construction will kill you. I second the suggestion of staying in Robinson Township, lots of dining and shopping options. Another option would be the Sheraton at Station Square.
