thanksgiving trip from Houston?
i wondered if anyone might have any suggestions of where to fly to from houston for thanksgiving. We had hoped to go to Big bend but no room at the inn so to speak and my husband will now take thanksgiving off.
i wondered about Boston.probably though everything will be too expensive now. However could anyone give me ideas as to whther this is a good time of year to visit or any hotels?
Many thanks in advance

Since it is for Thanksgiving and really late now to be booking for that infamous bigest travel weekend of the year, if I was you I would go online and see where I could get reasonable tickets on the days you want to travel first. That is likely to be your determining factor and hence the place to start, instead of location first.

Thank you so much.
Actually it seems my husband is now taking the monday and tues of the next week instead as he had originally hoped to do , so we shall probably revert to the plan of Big Bend.
many thanks for your kind replies
