Teens and panhandle?

I'm looking for a place to stay in Destin or other South Walton beach area that is close enough to allow kids (ages 8, 13 and 16) some other diversions - basketball court, swimming pool, bike trails etc, but yet be a relaxing vacation. I've considered a townhouse/beach house near seagrove, inlet, seaside, but wonder if it is too sedate? I'm also considering a condo in Sandestin, but not sure it is right for us... any suggestions?

I would stay close to Destin rather than Seagrove etc. Much more for the teens to do in Destin. Water parks - go-kart track etc.

Try contacting Newman Dailey at www.destinvancation.net They should be able to help you

I'm opposed to having your teenagers panhandle. If you made them, support them!

Jodi,
We booked a place through www.VRBO.com which has owners listing there condos for rent. We are heading to Surfside which seems to offer a lot of different things for the kids and is also located right on the gulf. Do a google search for Surfside and it will give you some great insight into what they have to offer. Good luck !!!

If you want to see teens panhandling then you should go to Ashland Oregon or Port Townsend Washington. They don't need the money, they are just bored and hey, it's free money for very little effort so why not?
