I used to work in Reservations at TOTG and I can tell you EVERYONE requests the Crystal Room. The restaurant now has a policy against even requesting the room. You might be able to tip the matre'd, but the hosts are not the same people you made the reservations with. They also take your credit card to guarantee your reservation (a ridiculous but unfortunately common practice these days) and the food is mediocre at best. I could tell stories to curl your hair, but I'll just say go for a drink when the weather is nice and sit outside and don't eat the salad. Have a great time!
