This may sound strange, but my husband and I are going to be in the Niagara Falls area for a night in May, and I'd like to embrace the tackiness: have an over-the-top, classic experience--you know, heart-shaped rotating bed, champagne-glass-shaped jacuzzi--just total silliness. The sites I'm seeing online seem to be rather mundane hotel and motel rooms with the occasional heart-shaped jacuzzi tub. Anybody know of a place for a true tacky adventure?

Doesn't get any tackier than a giant rotating restaurant 100 stories above the falls. Have a meal at Skylon and enjoy the view. I am alway amazed by the colored lights on the falls at night. A pitiful attempt to beautify the falls. I do enjoy the fireworks over the falls. We enjoyed the Butterfly Garden- another tacky madmade attempt at nature. The whole place is tacky, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Twice.

Michaels Inn mentioned above is the ultimate in cheesy fun... theres a casino nearby and the famous cheesy Clifton Hill.... you will be in the heart of tackyville... stop at any of the wax museums, Ripleys, scary mazes, and video arcades and you will have to shower for a month!!!! have fun!
