Thanks everyone for your advice! Just got back and we had a great time, though it was shorter than we wanted! Long story short we experienced a flight delay to syracuse and a flight cancellation on the way back home! Long story short, I DO NOT recommend Delta.

We ended up going to Blues Brews & BBQ after that hit up armory square to sight see and meet some friends at a a few bars. We also went to Dinosaur BBQ which was AMAZING! Wait time was long, but worth it. the rest of the time was with family around Sherrill & Vernon. We wanted to go to Chittenango, but we ran out of time. We'll be there again soon I know so the falls will definitely be on our itinareray.

Glad you had fun! Too bad about the delay. We missed Blues, Brews and BBQ for the first time. How was it?

Next time you could locate the grave of our ancestor David Holbrook, Revolutionary War vet and first physician in Onondaga County...Walnut Grove Cemetery, Janesville. But not as lively as Blues Brews & BBQ

annikany, it was good. good music, fair and festival type food, 1 kind of beer. Met up with family there too, so we pretty much camped out on the lawn with picnic blankets. very relaxing. the little booths were fun to look at and it didn't rain at all i hear prior to that weekend, it was raining almost every day, so we were thankful!

Sorry about the flight delays. Thanks for letting us know how your visit was, sounds like you had fun and that you have a few things on your list for "next time".

Glad to hear it and hopefully it was a good beer. The last event we attended at the fairgrounds the only beer they were selling was Yuengling???. Budweiser is brewed right here in Baldwinsville!! Figure that one out.

To each their own. To me Yuengling is not even drinkable. I do think we should support our local brewery too.
