I like the Osaka at 7511 West Lake Mead tel 702-838-4125.
It is not on the strip it is in Summerlin. Call them for directions. They are good people.
The executive chef is Terence K fong, he cand do anything for you. I had one of the best meals in my life in this restaurant.
Every time my parents come to visit me the only request they have is a dinner at Osaka!
