if NYC, try the Bryant Park Grill. Location is awesome--and te Park is a facsinating place to people watch before or after your brunch.

I don't know that she means New York, haleyjoy also just asked about information for San Francisco.

We need to know where, when, and price, haleyjoy -- not to mention if you're looking for a buffet, or casual, more breakfast or more lunch.

She also asked about going to NYC with her 4-year old in March and looking for a babysitter.

Thanks for the info everyone. NYC, in March. Atmosphere most important. We have our 2 teens, in college, that we don't get to spend much time with. (The 4 yr old makes it especially difficult). We are up there for a couple of days looking at colleges and trying to figure out what we can all do together.

If it doesn't matter what neighborhood, I'd suggest going downtown to the village or Soho. The teens will have a good time looking around before and after and there'll be enough to keep the 4 yr old busy. Florent in the meatpacking district could be good fun.

Or what about a gospel brunch at BB King's?

I should have added, BB King's is not downtown but in the theater district/Times Square.

There are also jazz brunches around town. Tell us about the teens and what they like.

We are looking at colleges for musical theater so anything with music/entertainment would be awesome. We are going to try to get discount theater tickets for them for the evenings. I will look into your suggestions. Thank you very much!

Well, I don't know about the 4 yr old, but Iridium, has a jazz workshop for Sunday brunch that the teens would love.

The Garage and Jules Bistro are other places with brunch and music.
