Don't miss the Pink Pony for a drink and a steak if you are so inclined. We enjoyed the Biosphere as well. It is so incredible that this experiment was even considered! My husband thought it was not worth the $. I did. It is a one time only visit for sure.

The Courtyard is great-daughter and grand-dau stayed there last year.
The went in March, said pool was nice. Also shopping center across the street.
They didn't have time for sightseeing as one of the games was in Tuscon.
They have gone for two years but are
skipping this year. Apparently Dusty Baker really kept the chatter going. Their package included Bar-B-Q at the Zoo with players (mostly rookies)
and lots of times to talk to players and a"picture" day at the park...
Won't be the same with out Dusty so they are skipping this year.....

Make sure you rent a car, public transportation won't get you anywhere fun. The Courtyard is within walking distance of some great shopping at the Borgata. Lunch or breakfast across the street at Country Glazed Ham is good. You might want to drive if you decide to shop at Fashion Square. Being baseball fans you might have fun going to Bank One Ballpark for lunch at TGIFridays that overlooks the field then going to the AZ Science Center across the street. This will definitely require a car, but it's a change from shopping! The Courtyard is also close to Camelback Mt. which is a fun hike, you can get a beautiful view of Phx and Scottsdale from the top, but will need hiking shoes so plan ahead. It's not my thing so I've never gone, but out of town guests also like to go the Casinos on the reservation near Scottsdale.
