Sports Book Betting Pool at NYNY Las Vegas

I've never been to a Vegas sports book, so I have a question about the betting pools: Does each casino have a separate line, or do they all "pool" their betting pools so that the same odds would be everywhere?

Here's why I'm asking: I was thinking about visiting the sports book at New York NY casino. Since the atmosphere is pro-NYC, I'm thinking lots of Jets and Giants fans will be there, betting on those teams.

Because of this higher-than normal popularity of the NYC teams at this casino, would the odds be significantly different here than the other casinos?

Experienced bettors: let me know what you think of my theory

The line will not be affected by a few Giants and Jets fans hanging out at NYNY. Much bigger things drive the line.

Their betting pools aren't pooled, casinos are in it for themselves. Some sportsbooks pride themselves on being the "line leaders" like Stardust.

Thanks for the info xxx.

I guess I'm having a mental block associating the terms "Jets and Giants fans" with "A Few". There always seems to be millions of them!

But it's good to know the line wouldn't be significantly different at NYNY. I'll probably place my bets wherever I happen to be that Sunday morning.
thx.

FYI--NYNY seemed to have one of the smallest sports books around.

The sports book at NYNY is very small.
More importantly, NYNY does not have its own in-house line service.
They contract for their booking services (spreadmaking, etc).
There will be a ZERO impact from NY fans at an individual casino like NYNY.

I didn't realize that Jimmy the Greek was still alive.

If you've never been to Vegas, you really should do the Sportsbook @ Caeser's. It's got an older feel to it, but it is still the biggest, and, IMHO, the best.

Other good ones include the Rio, and Mandalay Bay.
