South Beach hotel help needed
We will be staying in South Beach for two nights after 8 days in the Keys. It will be our last two nights of vacation and I want it to be something special. Looking for a South Beach hotel that is a place that will be a memorable end to a memorable vacation.
I've looked at a lot of hotels and have done research, now would like suggestions on where to stay or not stay.
Of course the Delano looks like a fantastic place to stay but I think it is probably too expensive. Willing to spend $200/250 a night, but wouldn't mind spending less. The Loews looks nice but would prefer a smaller more boutique, art deco type hotel.
I want a fun, romantic, place that is totally South Beach. Any recommendations anyone? Thanks in advance.

I've done a search on the message board and still couldn't find an answer to my question. Lots of posts about the Loews hotel and about Miami Beach hotels, but nothing really about the small, art deco, boutique hotels in South Beach. Anyone have any suggestions. KathyH

We stayed one night at Hilton Grand Vacations at 1430 Ocean drive. It was a small art deco hotel with large suites - 2 rooms, bedroom and living room. Service was very good, location excellent for beach, good for nightlife. You can go to Hilton.com or quickbook.com.
