Snow tubing in Utah or Jackson Hole?
Gorzoga Park is closed this year so we’re looking to take the kids snow tubing somewhere else in either Salt Lake City or Jackson Hole. any suggestions?

What month is this short trip planned for? There are lots of other places that kids can snow tube. Mt. Bachelor outside Bend Oregon got its first dose of snow this morning. Mt. Bachelor has a nice tubing hill and all the downhill and cross country skiing that you could ever want

Depends on when you want to go. There is also tubing at Soldier Hollow in Heber Valley. It was the Olympic venue for the x country skiing. It's lower altitude so needs colder weather and a little later in the season. You can also go tubing in non-commercial areas in several of the canyons, or with snow in the city, at Sugarhouse Park. It has a great tubing/sledding hill and is very popular.

It wasnt clear from your question that you had chosen Jackson as your destination. No Soldier Hollow is not on the way to Jackson. There will be somewhere to go tubing in Jackson. Google for it or post on the WY forum.

Sorry for not making that clear. Yeah we have 2 days in slc before heading to jackson and were hoping for something more convenient but not ruling out soldier hollow. Snow king was the next option....just so disappointed that Gorzaga is closed and were hoping to get tubing in for the kids when we landed in slc.
thanks to all for the advice!
