Signal Mountain Lodge Help!

Has anyone stayed in the rooms at Signal Mountain Lodge and what are they like? I stayed in one of the cabins two years ago and didn't really care for them. I know the location is what you are there for but I like a nice room also. Can anyone help me? We will be going in September. Thanks so much!

Are you referring to their "Country Rooms"? If so, they aren't much. Clean and comfortable but if you didn't care for the cabins...I don't know. We really enjoyed them. The rooms are attached but the back porches are staggered, one inset, one outset (are those actual words? ) Anyway, good luck and enjoy your trip!

I have relative that works there. I did visit, but I didn't stay over night.

I stayed in one of their lakefront retreats 5 years ago. The room itself was pretty basic, but clean and the view was spectacular.

Thanks for all the help! I just booked one of their "Country Rooms" which will be fine. It's the location that really counts.

When are you going to be there? We're leaving for Montana and Wyoming next Tuesday (the 23rd).

We haven't yet figured out where we'll stay for most of the nights, but assume that off-season lodging should be available somewhere!

Enjoy!

Hello,
We are going in mid September. We have never gone anywhere without reservations, but it would be interesting to see where you end up. Have a great trip.
