Should we spend a night in Islamorada?
We'll be going to Key West from Miami. Should we spend a night in Islamorada or just look around and keep driving to Key West? Is there much to see/do in Islamorada?

It depends on the amount of time you have to spend on your trip. Our first trip down from Miami we spent the night at Cheeca Lodge in Islamorada. While it was nice, we've never felt the need to stop again. Key West is our favorite vacation destination and we're always in a hurry to get there. For that matter, we normally just fly straight in...

The official tourist web site for the Keys is at http://fla-keys.com/ .
You might want to check it out and get a sense of what the whole chain has to offer.
Key West is certainly our favorite, but we always take several days driving down from the MIA area.
It is "island time," after all....

I spend at least a week in Islamorada and take a day trip to Key West. There is so much to see and do in the middle Keys. Some weeks we don't even make it to Key West at all.
