Share Your Favorite Charleston Restaurants

Excited to return to Charleston after an almost 20-year absence, Loved the restaurants then so looking forward to three full days of dining in the city. We will be there in mid October and so far, only have a dinner reservation at SNOB. Please share your favorites and help us plan the rest of our dining itinerary. We are open to all cuisines and price points. Thanks!

After 20 years the Charleston restaurant scene has REALLY moved on. and some old favorites aren't there--think Hominy Grill. But SNOB has held on although I don't remember seeing anyon list is for a long time.
Here is one website for "toesy's" recs-- https://carolinas.eater.com/maps/bes...restaurants-38
In that list is Xi Bao Biscuit which is our kid's favorite right now.
Vivian Howard has opened a new restaurant--I can't call the name. There's an oyster place on Bowen's Island that is great.

Vivian Howard's restaurant is Lenoir. And she has a coffee/quick lunch stop named Handy & Hot.

Miller's All Day is our never-miss spot. Save room for the brown coconut-cream pie.
