SF Hotel Nikko & Hotel Vitale, WOW!!!!!

Sadly home from a fabulous SF visit..... The Hotel Nikko was host to "The Joy Of Sake" and I was thrilled to be surprised with a beautiful suite! Wonderful space with amazing city roof top views. Powder room at the entry, well equipt work desk, full view floor/ceiling picture windows, understated neutral decor. Comfy bed and bath beyond living room. Electronic Therm/Maid/Privacy Control, excellent! Auto Honor Bar, sure hope just looking I didn't trigger any charge!
Elevator to taste the finest Sake plus foods to compliment. What a lovely evening! New find, LOVE Zen Green Tea Liquer! Anzu for late Sashimi dinner was exquisite, wish I'd ordered more. Tired and content, safely drove the elevator back to my fabulous suite. Perfect location to Union Square shopping and exploring. Escaped Vallet $$$$$, self parking across street, perfect! Fun to play tourist and take my time enjoying the area.
Didn't want to leave but moved on to Embarcadero Hotel Vitale.....what an amazing fine! Again, self parked one block off, and was stunned by this fabulous property. What a spectacular Hotel and Location! Natural is the key word for their luxury. On the first floor, Americano serves very interesting dining options and is a packed happening local experence. What fun! Across the street, the Ferry Building and MarketPlace, views of Embarcadero Palms, Treasure Island and the Bay Bridge. Inviting Rooftop Kohler Infinity Tubs and heavenly bath products, such a treat.
I'm too sleepy now, but will post my photos of my stays. Happy to try answering any questions. What a perfect visit, can't wait to return!

Hi Kal, Finally got my pics on Webshots, good PC crashed and old has outdated everything so it was a very slow frustrating process. Hope slideshow works on a real PC.
I really love both hotels and dining experences and am so eagar to return. Americano was so packed inside and out, fun place and ideal location.
I've crashed.....

bodi,

What fantastic photos. On my next visit to S.F., I will definitely stay at Hotel Vitale. Did you check out any of the regular rooms?

Also, enjoyed your Half Moon Bay Ritz Carlton photos.

Thanks for sharing.

Hi Trish, I did not see other rooms but am thinking about trying a simple interior courtyard view. I can't imagine anything less than the same attention to detail found through out the hotel. I was fascinated, how luxurious wide hallways feel. Never thought about it before, but their "Luxury Naturally" is about such simplicity as just 'space'! I really love this hotel and can't wait to return!

Hello bodi, Marilyn and I checked out the public areas of the Hotel Vitale a couple of months ago and really loved it also. The area is great, and I say that even though I usually prefer Union Sq. Being across from the Ferry Bldg is so nice and with the public transportation right there it is in a wonderful location. I loved all the soothing colors also.
