We try decide on day, time, place. It takes a while. Then somebody loses patience, steps in and says: we'll meet on this day, at this time. Sorry if you can't make it.
Then we (or they) get together, talk, eat, drink, laugh. Then brag on the website how great it was
And post reports and pictures.
And look forward to the next one.

Anyone(s) who was there: please post trip report--really looking forward to hearing about it! While you were partying in front of Maxfield Parrish art, I was fuming in the traffic on 101 North toward SF.
Faina, did you behave yourself?

I'm annoyed the message I wrote did not post on Friday -- "Very Mini SF GTG", so here it is again.
Faina and I decided within 5 hours on Thursday to do a mini GTG. We met on Market Street after work and visited two art shows in the large lobbies of office buildings. The shows were lovely and very interesting with paintings and sculptures. The buildings are 455 and 525, two blocks from the Palace Hotel. They are open to the public from 8 am to 6 pm Mondays thru Fridays. We spent about 45 minutes and had to part to attend to other activities in the evening. It was a perfect, impromptu GTG for 2 Fodorites!
