Sedona Accomodations
We are planning on staying in Sedona in March and are wondering if anyone has stayed at either the Oak Creek Terrace Resort, The Junipine Resort or Southwest Inn. Believe they are all in the Oak Creek area. Hard to decide!!

gogirl, Soutwest Inn is NOT in the Oak Creek canyon area where Junipine and Oak Creek Terrace resort are. Southwest Inn is in west Sedona, on theopposit end of town on HWy 89A. West Sedona is my favorite area of Sedona, and some of the best hiking is out there, off of Dry Creek Rd. When we chose a location to rent a house in for a week in Decemebr, we chose west Sedona. But if you are only staying a day or two you might want to be closer to uptown (I personally hate uptown, it is the toursit area, but I have no idea what you like or want out of this). Soutwest Inn has several reviews on here from the last two years (have you put "soutwest inn" in the search box to see those reviews?) and people say the rooms are nice, immaculate, and they liked it, but do comment on the location being in west Sedona. So be aware of that when you make your decision. Personally, I have stayed in both Oak Creek Conayon and in west Sedona, and I prefer west Seodna because we go to hike and bike. But Oak Creek canyon is nice too, for different reasons.

Actually, staying at Junipine or Oak Creek Terrace, you will be just as far (and further in the case of Junipine) from Sedona proper than you would be at Southwest Inn. Southwest Inn will have more dining options right there close by on 89A then you will have at Junipine or Oak Creek Terrace - at thos etwo palces you have to drive down the canyon into Sedona for additional dining options. Not a huge deal, but it's a fact.
