Seattle's Best Outdoor Happy Hour?!

We will be up in the Greenlake area for one night tomorrow night and we would like to hit a nice sunny deck for a refreshing beverage after our drive up from P-town. 8-)

I would love suggestions for happy hour in Ballard, Freemont or the Greenlake area!

I know that the Seattle area is fairly casual as is Portland but I am truly looking for a place to chill out with a good mix of people, not just people in their monkey suits coming from work.

Can anyone assist on such short notice?

Thanks in advance!

If you don't mind the Pike Place Market area, the Pink Door would be perfect.

Ray's Boathouse upstairs in the Cafe on the deck overlooking Shilsole Bay is amongst the best and not far from Ballard. www.rays.com

Enjoy your weekend in the Emerald City!

El Camino, in Fremont, has a happy hour on their patio.

Thanks for the tips so far!

I actually had a drink at Rays Boathouse about a month ago but it wasn't warm so we didn't sit outside. I don't think that will be a problem tomorrow if you guys are experiencing the heat we are! Whew {wiping sweat of brow}!

mms, we are staying away from downtown due to the fact that we will be in North Seattle. I will keep the Pink Door in mind for future trips, though!

I think we will pass right through Fremont so maybe el Camino warrants a stop, too!

Keep 'em coming but keep in mind we will be in north Seattle.

We leave early for Vancouver, BC so it won't be a long or late night.

Cheers!
