Seattle GTG--The Good News and the Bad News

Hi everyone,
I just got a call from WANNS and they're very happy about us having out GTG there--so happy that they're giving us a private room! OK, that's the good news.

The bad news is that I had the time wrong and they don't open until 5, so don't show up at 4, OK?

Will post again, but I'm literally half-way out the door (to visit DD in NYC!) and haven't finished packing yet, but just wanted to get this info out.

Too bad about the time. I have a b'day party I have to attend, so I'll have to leave around 6.... So, show up on the earlier end, if you can!

Orcas: Is there a sitting area or a parking lot at Wann's?

I'll meet you in the parking lot, bottle in hand, so we can get started early!

Bring some chips!

There's no parking lot specific for Wann's but a number of garages and lots available in the neighborhood. For anyone arriving right at 6pm you might even snag free street parking, as that's when the meters go off.

I'll be on my way back from the Bay area, so I will miss out. Have a ball!

The private room part is great. I'll just re-arrange plans a bit so I can stay until 7 or so.

I've never been to Wanns. It will be a new discovery for me in Seattle. Everyone will be able to recognize me, and I hope you know why. I will say no more.
