Seattle airport to Oympic Park

Coming in to Seattle Tacoma airport 10 pm May 16 staying overnight with rental car. What's the best way to go to ONP around 930-10 am? My reservations take me to northern end of park first. Should I drive up to Ferry (I've never been on it) or head south? Thx

The fastest way is to drive south and over the Narrows Bridge. When you return to the Seattle area, take the Bainbridge ferry for great views of the Seattle skyline and mountains (if it is clear).

Six and half a dozen. The road plus Tacoma Narrows (toll) bridge then up past Bremerton is usually a few minutes faster IF traffic conditions, road construction, etc. are non-issues. However, in terms of wheels-turning drive time, taking a ferry from Seattle or Edmonds (to Bainbridge or Kingston respectively) takes less time, and IMO it's far more scenic and relaxing.

If you're starting at the north end of the peninsula, does that mean you're finishing in the southern part, i.e. along the coast or Lake Quinault? If you're planning a counter-clockwise loop around the peninsula, then using 101 or the Narrows bridge coming back might be a better choice.

No toll on the Narrows Bridge when westbound. Use that route.

We have family in Kitsap County (other side of Puget Sound). The Narrows Bridge is a great option from SeaTac (and when ferry service is backed up).
