Seafood in Las Vegas
I would like to go someplace in Las Vegas that has really great seafood. Would I do better to go somewhere like Aqua or Emerill's that specialize in seafood, or would any of the really good restaurants have great seafood? Any suggestions?

I didn't get a chance to eat at Aqua (couldn't get reservations!) but friends of mine who live in Vegas think this is THE place for seafood. They are originally form Seattle where seafood reigns supreme!
