Aloha B&B, I did 5 trips in February and would recommend Extended Horizons out of the Mala Wharf just behind the Cannery Mall. Eric Stein runs the operation and he is usually the captain. Suzie is the top DM I dove with on Maui. She found sharks on every dive. Eric's operation is convenient if you are staying in Kaanapali area since they meet at 7am. They go to Lanai daily for 2 tanks. If you are lucky and conditions permit, you may get to Molokai for real pristine diving. Most of the fish have never seen divers before. Huge schools of all kinds of fish.
As 2nd choice, I used Mike Sevrens out of south Kehei. They ttypically dive the back wall of Molokini as a 1st dive and then spots in south Maui for 2nd dive. They leave at 6:30 am.
As intermediate divers, you will have no problems with any of the sites in Maui.
Brian or Betsy if you have any more specific questions email me soon as I'm leaving on vacation on thursday nite.
Dive safe and order the chocolate souffle at Roy's.
