Any chance you are staying at the Craigedarroch?
Anyway - there are quite literally hundreds of places you go as day trips. You will run out of time long before you run out of places to go.
a very short list:
Dunnottar/Crathes/Craigevar/Fraser castles. All are to the east of where you are staying
A trip west along the Dee and down the Spittal of Glenshee through some amazing scenery
N/NW through Grantown on Spey/Dufftown for whisky distilleries/Tomintoul/scenery/castles
To Inverness for Culloden/Loch Ness/Urquhart castle/Ft George, etc
North to the coast and Elgin/Buckie/Findhorn
NE to the Aberdeenshire coast/Bullers of Buchan, etc
Huntly/NE Scotland falconry center (which is also near Dufftown)
And just the lovely scenery all along the Dee
