Beaudry RV has a park. They also have a huge service facility, which owuld be good in case you have problems

Also, there is Cactus Country RV park, which is just off I-10 east of Tucson. It is more out in the desert.

I haven't camped in Tuscon, but you might try over on RV.net. It's a very active board of RV'ers. There is a forum for Campgrounds, Resorts & Attactions...just scroll down the main page.
