Romantic Dinner in Miami

Celebrating my husband's 50th birthday in Miami. We are staying at the Ritz on Key Biscayne. From the other comments posted here we have decided on Azul for one dinner. Need recommendations for the second evening. Has anyone tried Aria at the Ritz? Or are their other restaurants you would recommend besides these two? Driving to Miami, so transportation is not an issue. Either is cost. Thanks.

My favorite is The Forge in Miami Beach. Largest wine cellar in the southeast.

If price is not an issue, check out Casa Tua. It's on South Beach, and supposed to be amazing, but pricey. Barton G has great presentation...also on the Beach. If the weather is nice, it's romantic to sit at a cafe on Lincoln Road. There are so many restaurants, you cant just pick one once you get there. If you haven't been to Joe's Stone Crabs, you should go there-it's an institution and the food is great. Besides the stone crabs, the side dishes and other entree's are delicous. I always look forward to the house chopped salad, sweet potato fries, and grilled tomatoes. Not sure if it wins the romantic vote, but if you're in Miami I think it's worth it. Get there early...no reservations, and only big-tippers and regulars get in without a wait(unless it's 5:00!)

I second Barton G's. We had a great meal there- and one that was fun as well.

I second the vote for the Forge, and would also commend the choice for Azul.

Aria is great for lunch... but I haven't been there for dinner, so unfortunately I cannot provide a lot of feedback for you there.
