Restaurants near the Spy Museum & Crime & Punishment Museum
Can anyone give me the names of some lunch restaurants near the Spy Museum and the Crime & Punishment Museum? Basic American, Italian, or chain restaurant would work. Thanks for your help.

That is in the Penn Quarter/Chinatown area. There are tons.
Ella's Wood Fired Pizza is good.

Assuming it's still there, there is a Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant right across the street from the Spy Museum...we ate there a couple of times during our DC trip a few years ago. The food was really good and the beer wasn't too bad either. It was in a cool building too---I think it had once been a bank.

Not sure when you are traveling.. but i second the Rosa Mexicana suggestion.. the BEST house margaritas and table side prepared guacamole.. you may forget about sightseeing! sit in the bar area.. less $$

Zola is right next to the Spy museum and serves great eclectic American food. Generally it's a bit pricier but might not be too bad of a deal for lunch. Very cool ambiance too.

I third the Rosa Mexicano suggestion! Fantastic guac. There's also La Tasca, Zengo, and Inde Bleu depending on what you're in the mood for. Inde Bleu has a decent happy hour special on some of its appetizers, which are fun to order several of amongst the table for a meal.
