Here's one for the believe it or not files...USA Today had a 'Best Restaurants in the US' summary earlier this year and unbelievably Picasso at Bellagio took honors over the best NY, SF and Chicago had to offer. It ain't cheap, tho with some entrees in the $38-44 range.

Try Chin's for some great chinese food. It's in the Mall, but don't let that turn you off. It's fairly elegant and the presentation is quite nice. Every time I attend a convention there, Chin's is a "for sure" for at least one evening. Chin started in a small restaurant in a strip mall many years ago. He moved to the big mall about 10 or 15 years ago, and he's done well ever since. Hope you find what your looking for.

I visited Las Vegas in September, Hugo's
Cellar at the Four Queens was fabulous. Right from the start, the staff is exceptional. I was with four other people and no one had any complaints. There is a salad cart with your salad prepared to your own taste, the main courses are excellent, nice portions, and your after dinner coffee/cappucino is served with enough chocolate dipped fruits for everyone at your table for no extra charge. Fresh roses for all the ladies when you leave is also a nice touch. The atmosphere is cozy/dark and comfortable. One of the best all together meals I've had in awhile. Reasonable too!! Enjoy.

The wife and I are kinda partial to the Buccaneer Bay Club at Treasure Island. They have a crab bisque there that you'll die for. You can also get a unique view of the Pirate Show as well.
Try it!

Hi--we stayed at the Bellagio last April and loved their restaurants. Their Asian restaurant called "Jasmine" was absolutely the prettiest restaurant I've ever been in--I loved the food too. Olives (also in the Bellagio) was another excellent place to eat. Emeril's in the MGM is supposed to be wonderful, but atmosphere is important to me and I wasn't impressed, so didn't eat there--probably my loss. Make your reservations before you leave for LV--2 weeks in advance is not too early!! Have fun.
